Dear Colleagues,
As I said at the October 4 Employee Meetings, your input into how the College can be more effective and efficient in service to students and each other is a critical component of the restructuring work ahead. We have developed a survey that seeks your feedback about work processes, our use of technology, and other avenues for improvement.
This survey, which is anonymous, can be found here. Responses will be reviewed by members of the President’s Council, along with information collected from interviews, benchmarking, a student survey, and the anonymous comment form available on the employee intranet.
We will conduct this survey periodically in order to continue to solicit your feedback and to measure our progress over time, and we will share aggregated results throughout this process.
